Steve Kenda, CEO
Steve has 30 years as CEO in IT recruitment and related software. Since 2000, he has led HireAbility to be the first and finest provider of resume/CV parsing technology serving to clients in 30 countries, in 50+ languages on 6 continents.
Steve was born in Brooklyn, NY and received S.B. Chemical Engineering from M.I.T. He joined AT&T in a management development program and later became a software engineer with Digital Equipment Corporation. He started KENDA Systems, Inc. and remained as the company’s Chairman/CEO for 22 years until its sale in 2006.
Over the years Steve led internal teams of 150 people in 15 offices across 9 time zones, with a budget of $16 million and 850 billable consultants. He is an experienced public speaker, with M & A experience and seven successfully completed acquisitions. Steve established the first hedge fund for a registered investment advisory in an independent broker/dealer network of 1,100 independent financial advisors. He served as General Partner to the fund, involved in third-party administrator, legal, audit and accounting team selection, as well as manager selection and due diligence. He was concurrently involved in compliance consulting and an LBO/MBO advisory.
Shane Chubb, VP Sales & Integration
Shane is a Sales Engineer for HireAbility, supporting the sales and integration of the ALEX resume parsing software. His main role at HireAbility is to ensure that our software is as easy as possible to use. With a Masters Degree in Computer Science and an enthusiastic “can do” attitude, he is well equipped to provide integration support on any number of systems. Shane joined HireAbility in 2008 attracted by the vibrant entrepreneurial environment. He started out as a Web Developer and has since had the exciting opportunity to work in almost all facets of the organization.
Shane is a lifetime resident of the ‘Granite State’ and enjoys an innumerable number of hobbies and activities.
Inna Gliksberg, Chief Architect
Inna brings her extensive experience as an architect and principal software engineer to HireAbility’s management team. She is the original architect of HireAbility’s ALEX software. Her knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques and prior experience in developing compilers and operating systems for various companies was instrumental during more than 15 years she has been with HireAbility. During the time Inna developed a unique approach to parsing natural languages as well as an innovative approach to customer support and new product development and introduction.
Inna earned her Master in Computer Science from Boston University and completed post-graduate coursework at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Ginny Gallagher, Administrative Director
Ginny joined HireAbility in 2006 and has more than 25 years of experience in office administration with an emphasis on accounting and customer service. She is responsible for the day to day operations and management of the corporate office located in Londonderry, NH. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of the business including AR/AP, billing, customer service and human resources. A New Hampshire native Ginny attended NH Community College and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society.
In her spare time Ginny enjoys kayaking, hiking and other outdoor activities along with spending time with family.
