Our philosophy
Our philosophy at HireAbility is that clients should buy only what they need, no more and no less. We also believe that the more you parse the less you should pay per parse. You might be told elsewhere that we charge on a ‘per parse’ basis and you should go with a ‘fixed price’ annual contract. You should ask, then, whether their users who parse fewer resumes are paying the same ‘fixed price’ that users who parse millions of resumes are paying. One already knows the answer to that question…the ‘fixed price’ providers also charge based on volume. They just don’t admit it. Or worse, charge what they hear you’ve got available to spend. If you are ever asked the question, “So, what’s your budget?”, that should be a red flag for you.
So come work with us. Our goal is to provide you with the best service at the lowest price possible. If you need an annual ‘fixed price’ for budgeting purposes, we can work with you if you have good estimates on anticipated usage.
How pricing works
The price per parse declines rapidly as you buy larger packages. Packages are paid for in advance of services rendered, however monthly programs are available (with certain volume restrictions). All pre-paid packages purchased are valid for one year from payment receipt. Unused parsing credits expire at the end of twelve months. You would be notified when you are within 20% of the remaining credit balance.

Nobody likes being taken advantage of; we pride ourselves on giving our clients great service and the best XML parsing results. We want all our clients to feel they’re being treated fairly.
