A new year is officially under way! As with many people and organizations this often a time of reflection on the previous year while keeping an eye towards the future.  Questions posed might be along the lines of what did we do right last year? Or, how can we capitalize on some opportunity we noticed during our reflection? These and questions like them can be a challenge to answer. The time spent however can be a catalyst for positive change and growth.

While looking back over our blog posts for the previous year we were pleased to see a number of exciting improvements to our ALEX resume/CV parsing suite that came about thanks to our great customers and their feedback. Some of the more exciting news from the previous year is listed below.

  1. We launched our new web site in February. This new design has been a fantastic opportunity for us to reach a broader client base while at the same time making it much easier for prospective clients to learn more about us and what we can do for them.
  2. ALEX is always improving with regards to the number of supported languages along with continually improving accuracy in those languages.
  3. In our efforts to improve the ease of integration for our clients we release our one-key solution combined with an improved API documentation and code samples. Implementing our world class parsing service into your applications has never been simpler.
  4. Another area where we have put in considerable effort is improving our accuracy capturing publication details for the academic and professional CVs that contain them.

Looking back just a few months to October we all remember fondly our showing at the HR Technology Conference and Expo in the windy city of Chicago! What a fantastic opportunity for us to meet many great organizations and people. We truly want to thank you all again for taking the time to learn more about HireAbility and our flagship product ALEX. We will be back at next year’s summit in Las Vegas.
