Position Overview
The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures of the Manila office in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This position reports directly to the corporate office based in the United States.
Proficiencies
* Excellent English written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person and over the phone.
* Must be fluent in Tagalog/Filipino.
* Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Attention to detail
* Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
* Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Education and Experience
* Bachelors Degree
* Minimum five (5) years managerial experience in Customer Service or Sales
* Have previously worked in the United States and is familiar with the American work ethics
* Must have a valid passport and able to travel to the United States with no restrictions
* Excellent communication, customer service and phone skills
* Knowledge of the U.S. retail market a plus
* Fluent in English
