Direct the company's tax function including compliance, research and budgeting. Background to include fed and state income, sales, property, FAS 109, FIN 48, 1120 compliance. Position is mostly compliance with some planning.
The company will provide an excellent relocation package, base + 20% bonus, signing bonus, 6 months living.
