This position will play a key role in the management, development and implementation of their marketing efforts for their customer acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities:
Online Marketing Program Development: Design, manage and execute multi channel direct response marketing campaigns / initiatives.
Sales Effectiveness: Maximize program performance and revenue generated by marketing efforts by managing program quality and analyzing results to suggest program improvements.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Direct accountability for the P & L. Analyze, prepare and submit revenue and cost information for the daily profitability report, monthly Profit and Loss statement and annual budget, all in support of the companys financial objectives. Help administer the expenditure of online media and other acquisition strategies in accordance with established company budgets.
Team Leadership/Performance Management: Manage Account Managers and other internal resources to ensure seamless transitions between overlapping programs and customers and to create programs and materials that meet performance goals. Receive, verify and report on program tests and results, analyze data, recommend actions for improved results and implement changes as required.
Product development and leadership role in an online company that derives revenues from multiple vertical properties
P&L responsibility for an Online business focusing on General Entertainment , Casual Games , Online Advertising, Lead Generation or other Interactive Content driven business
Proven track record growing revenues and profits with emerging online businesses
Experienced in new media and leveraging emerging business trends (social, mobile)
Background with PR, Brand Marketing, virtual marketing
Good foundation in Traditional Direct Response
Qualifications:
Successful experience leading the development and implementation of online customer acquisition programs and/or lead generation platforms.
P&L responsibility for an Online business
Proven track record growing revenues and profits with emerging online businesses
Experienced in new media and leveraging emerging business trends (social, mobile)
Background with PR, Brand Marketing, virtual marketing
SEO / SEM experience
Proven direct response marketing management/media experience including search, display, email, social media, etc.
Experience developing front end strategies (direct response marketing) and how to implement with business analysts and IT groups.
Proven leadership skills as a developer of people, programs and solutions
A strong results orientation with a track record of developing successful online direct response marketing programs that yield a high rate of return
Bachelors degree required; MBA a plus, but not required
Strong strategically and analytically; able to discern customer insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
Innovative and creative thinker; can see and develop out-of-box solutions.
Results-driven leader; able to engender support through thought leadership and persuasion.
